Men were made to Work.

The Bible tells us we were created to work, and it even tells us how.

"Man goes forth to his work And to his labor until evening."
~ Psalm 104:23

"You shall work six days, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during plowing time and harvest you shall rest."
~ Exodus 34:21

"And whatever you do, whether by speech or action, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."
~ Colossians 3:17



When you do what the Bible instructs you will be blessed. The Bible is the instruction manual for our lives written by the God that created us.

"For we are God's masterpiece, created in the Messiah Jesus to do good works that God prepared long ago to be our way of life."
~ Ephesians 2:10

"Every work which he began in the service of the house of God in law and in commandment, seeking his God, he did with all his heart and prospered."
~ 2 Chronicles 31:21



When we accomplish the tasks we were appointed to do - we will taken home.

"For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep, and was laid among his fathers and underwent decay"
~ Acts 13:36



God is sovereign and we are not. We were never meant to be.
Our true value is derived from God. It is certainly NOT the other way around.

"For all things are from him, by him, and for him. Glory belongs to him forever! Amen."
